Smoking and Habits

Smoking is a tough habit to break.  The cigarette companies know it, and have for years. So does everyone who has tried to quit.

There are lots of ways to stop. Cold turkey, tapering, patches, medications, gums, and behavioral counseling all seem to help. For some, hypnosis ( which we love to do...it's really relaxing) has been a helpful measure as well.

We design a custom program with each individual who wants to quit. There is NO stock way to end smoking, and one size does NOT fit all. We will find, with you, the keys that you need to make your efforts most likely to pay off for you.
