Sorting out the past

"I just need to talk about what happened to me when I was a kid".

There are times when a person needs to sit down and sort out the understand what happened, to deal with feelings that won't go away, or to put things in better perspective.

That's where some counseling can help. You can work, in total confidentiality, with a counselor to discuss, explore, and understand what happened to you. Some people find great peace coming over them as they deal with past issues and put them to rest.

It doesn't have to take forever. A few sessions can bring about significant clarification and help.
