high blood pressure
There are many things that you can do to help lower your stress level. Sometimes, it can be as simple as taking a bath to relax...or listening to relaxing music. You can take walks to drain tension, or find some time for yourself each day to settle down.
If the problems still won't go away and you feel that you're living in a pressure cooker, consider a few sessions with us. We'll help you find ways to lighten the load.
